Customer Agrees to the Following Terms for Dinners or Catered Items Delivered or Picked up:
- You understand that by ordering from our customer portal, you are engaging in a catering related service with a preset menu, cost, and time of delivery.
- You accept full responsibility for the food given to you by GBF Catering and will hold harmless GBF Catering. You understand that food delivered or picked up from GBF will only be released. GBF will only provide food that is deemed safe. Due to Health Department Regulations, you accept full responsibility for properly refrigerating and handling the food from the point that GBF Catering turns over to the items to you. GBF Catering has no responsibility for the food after releasing it to you.
- You agree to keep all pets out of the delivery area and agree to provide access to the delivery area with a catering vehicle.
- With any delays with food service or delivery, GBF will notify our customers of any variance in the delivery time as soon as possible.
- Weather or natural disasters may affect delivery times. GBF will notify our customers of any variance in the delivery time as soon as possible.
- GBF reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
